We provide a comprehensive maintenance and repairs service for your systems. This includes both the installation of a remote maintenance system using UMTS as well as regular on- site maintenance and checking by our technicians. These measures enable downtime to be avoided in advance. Systems or machines which are spread out over a large area can also be maintained reliably and comfortably by means of the management platform we install. This means that direct intervention into your in-house network is avoided. Our maintenance and repairs service enables you to increase the availability of your machines and to largely avoid cost- intensive stoppage times.

Maintenance and repairs

Commissioning of your system takes place in accordance with the current DIN regulations. All measurements stipulated by the VDE (Association of Electrical, Electronics and Information Technologies) and DGVU ((German Statutory Accident Insurance) are carried out and the saftey systems operated and tested before commissioning. All measurements are recorded and logged as a matter of course. The test phase only begins following successful initial testing of the system. The system is switched on and the users activated in accordance with the electric circuit diagram. The test phase under production conditions, including measurement of all wiring and systems, is followed by a one- week period accompanying production. Staff training sessions on the operation and maintenance of the system are also held during this period.

Reconstruction, extension and modernization of

existing systems

We upgrade your existing systems, thereby bringing them up to current state of technology. Depending on necessity, we replace individual control components only or renew the complete electronics system including the control cabinet and wiring. We also extend existing systems in terms of hardware and software. All tasks are co-ordinated and implemented from one source.
Using the concepts drawn up in the development phase as a basis, we create a circuit diagram for you that allocates the address spaces of the I/O levels as well as the communication addresses. Manufacturers of the switch cabinet components are decided upon from lists of approved suppliers. After definition of the parameters to be measured, we choose the required sensors with due consideration of the lists of approved suppliers. Once the circuit diagram has been completed, we create the software for the control and visualization of your system in accordance with the strategy determined in the development phase.

We develop a control concept for you which provides a graphic representation of the interaction of the hardware compo-nents of your facility. The interfaces and the communication methods and paths between the individual components of the system are shown in the control concept. Depending on the application, we use the following communication systems: Profibus Profinet Modbus ASI Bus I/O Link Technologie Following a risk assessment performed by the design engineer of your system, we draw up a safety concept. Together with you as a customer, we decide on a software strategy that includes both implementation of the visualization (Human-Machine Interface) as well as the type of programming regarding the programming languages used. Existing modules that might possibly be used for connection to superordinated systems are taken into account.
